COAF 2026 Guests

Adam Gibbs

Adam Gibbs is an American voice actor of the stage, voice, and screen. Most known for his work in the anime industry.

Notable roles include:

Cid/Shadow (The Eminence in Shadow), Shinichi (Parasyte: The Maxim), Sugawara (Haikyu!!), Tamsy (Gachiakuta), Seita (Grave of the Fireflies), Natsuo (My Hero Academia), Urie (Tokyo Ghoul:re), Kamekuchi and Concelot (One Piece), Hyakkimaru (Dororo), Ikki (Saint Seiya), Hachiman (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU), Kurose (Chainsaw Man), Natsume ( Natsume’s Book of Friends), Uramichi (Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan)

Outside of the studio, he has spent nearly 20 years in the professional theatre industry. During that time, he has been involved in originating over half a dozen plays and musicals, many of which were produced at Houston’s Alley Theatre, where he met the love of his life. Together, they make Houston their home with their two brilliant daughters and their newest addition, a one-month-old baby boy. He is also an avid woodworker, cook, and instrumentalist.

Allegra Clark

Allegra Clark is a Los Angeles-based trilingual actor and voiceover artist originally from New York City. After spending a childhood doing commercials and school plays in both French and English, Allegra studied theatre and Italian literature at Northwestern University, where she realized her knack for voice and accent work.

Allegra is most known for her roles in video games as Bloodhound (Apex Legends); Acheron (Honkai Star Rail); Beidou (Genshin Impact); Mitsuru (Persona 3 Reload); Dorothea and Shamir (Fire Emblem Three Houses); Josephine Montilyet (Dragon Age: Inquisition); Cynthia (Pokémon Masters); Ifalna (Final Fantasy VII); Boss (AI: The Somnium Files); Spider-Gwen (Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3); Marisa (Street Fighter 6); and Wedding Cake Cookie (Cookie Run Kingdom). She has also lent her voice to franchises like Marvel’s Spider-Man, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Arknights, Granblue Fantasy, Rune Factory, Shin Megami Tensei, and Trails.

In anime, she is known as Maki and Miwa (Jujutsu Kaisen); Mother Spider Demon and Young Tanjiro (Demon Slayer); Pitohui (Gun Gale Online); Kodachi Kuno (Ranma 1/2); Queen Sensei and Hana (Dandadan); Sonia (Pokémon Twilight Wings); Derieri and Matrona (Seven Deadly Sins); Princess Kakyuu (Sailor Moon); Gin Akutagawa (Bungo Stray Dogs); Noel (Burn the Witch); and Semiramis, Atalante, Reika Rikudou, and Reines (Fate franchise). Don’t ask her to pick her favorite role—she cannot pick her favorite child.

In addition to screaming into microphones in small padded rooms, Allegra also enjoys making excellent use of her fifteen-plus years of vocal training by serenading her cat. Sadly, Milo is scared of high notes and runs away, but it’s the thought that counts.

Christian La Monte

Christian La Monte acts, directs, and writes. Plus juggles and does a decent moonwalk (this is not true, do not ask him to moonwalk)

He is best known as Ignatz Victor, Seliph of Chalphy, and Roderick of Altea in Fire Emblem, Shuuichi Tsukamoto in Sound! Euphonium, and the Demi-Fiend in Shin Megami Tensei.

But he’s been in a ton of stuff! And had the pleasure to direct a bunch of it too—including lots of Fire Emblems, Unicorn Overlord, Cells at Work!, 13 Sentinels, and The Case Files of Lord El-Melloi! There is something exquisite and rare about getting to contribute to the art that he grew up loving.

Ciarán Strange

You may have heard him as foul-mouthed, under-caffeinated NPCs Lor (Borderlands 3) & Paladin Mike (Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands), or even in various anime (Chainsaw Man, Black Butler, Pop Team Epic!, Tomo-chan Is A Girl!, Requiem of the Rose King, AOASHI, Apothecary Diaries, The Case Study Of Vanitas, SK8 the Infinity) and video games (Monster Camp, Umbraclaw, High Times by YangYang Mobile) — but IRL he’s Ciarán Strange, an eccentric transgender voice actor, indie rockstar, and multimedia artist. At the tender age of seventeen, he left his family, friends, and English fishing village behind in order to chase his dreams across the Atlantic!

Strange has become a familiar face throughout the American geek scene, in most parts via his music. After touring the US, UK, Canada, and Japan, performing at hundreds of shows, conventions, and festivals, Ciarán has been known for his geeky covers and parodies, as well as his own original pop-punk-rock songs, which you can find on streaming platforms under Kieran Strange.

After a hiatus, Ciarán is returning to livestreaming this Fall with a fresh concept project, combining his love of song-writing, world-building, story-telling, mental health & LGBTQ+ activism, and (with any luck!) a Nat 20 or two in charisma... So make sure you check in with him this weekend to learn about his cosmic new VTuber, CL (@CozypunkCL)!

Vocal ventures aside, this British import to the States has been swept up relaunching his LGBTQ+ urban sci-fi series. Its debut novel, Black Tie by Ciarán Strange, is a gay romance thriller he’s pitched as “an awkward James Bond navigating a world full of superhumans”.

Jill Harris

Jill Harris is another classic example of an anime fan turned professional. She started working in VO at the age of 15, recording for projects in her home studio after school. At 20, she relocated to DFW and started working with Funimation—now known as anime juggernaut Crunchyroll.

She started strong with characters like Noelle Silva in Black Clover, Mandalay in My Hero Academia, Aura Bella Fiora (one of the elf twins) in Overlord, and Nino Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets.

In 2017, Jill booked Charlie Magne in the Hazbin Hotel pilot, which went viral on YouTube with over 100 million views. It’s since spawned the hit Amazon Prime series of the same name, featuring an all new cast of stars from Hollywood & Broadway.

Since then, she’s been on that anime grind, providing the voice for Fern in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Suletta Mercury in Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, Yuzuriha in Hell’s Paradise, and Charlotte Pudding, Sanji’s fiance, in One Piece, as well as many others.

If you want to find her online, she goes by “jillsvoice” most places (Instagram, TikTok, Twitch.) The only exception is Twitter (I refuse to call it “X”) on which her handle is @JillHarrisVO

The Kamikaze Snowmen

The Kamikaze Snowmen originally began in 1993 as a fun improvisational pastime between three junior high friends. The group evolved in the late 1990s-early 2000s into an indie comedy band, recording albums and playing live shows at coffee houses and college campus events.

In the 2010s the Snowmen found a kinship with comedians and a home at conventions. Over the years they’ve grown their repertoire to include comedy showcases, hosting opening/closing ceremonies and cosplay contests, moderating panels with other guests, game shows, trivia, music video shoots, and more.

The group now consists of primary members Paul Tebben and Josh Trumbo, with alum Terry Bown II still appearing on album tracks when able. Taking cues from classic vaudeville and adapting various pop-culture landmarks into their music, The Kamikaze Snowmen provide inclusive and interactive content perfect for any convention setting.
