Photo Shoots
We offer two official spaces that can be reserved for photo shoots. One of these spaces comes complete with professional-quality backdrops and lighting setups. The other area is provided as-is.
Reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that you're responsible for arranging your own photographer for your photo shoot. COAF will not arrange a photographer for you.
Reservation requests are open through February 22, so reserve your spot today!
Groups like anime clubs can reserve spaces, but the spaces must still remain open to other attendees to come in and take pictures. Please note that photographers may not reserve our official Photo Shoot spaces.
Photo Shoot Rules
Please don't attempt to adjust our backdrops; if you do then you’ll be asked to leave. If you want to use your own backdrop, please place it in front of ours or reserve a space without a backdrop.
Reservations are made for a specific time frame. Please respect the reservations before and after yours. Don’t claim a space too early and don’t overstay into someone else’s reserved time.
If you’re using a photo shoot space during someone else’s reserved time, please be prepared to leave when they arrive.
Anyone is welcome to use unreserved block of time on a first-come, first-served basis.
These reservations are preserved for regular attendees with the intent to connect people from the same fandom. While you set the theme for your shoot, any COAF attendee with an appropriate cosplay can participate in a timeslot.
These reservations are not intended for compensated photographers to conduct private shoots.

Photo Shoot Space 2 is the seating area near the mezzanine stairs. It’s provided as-is, without any additional lighting.
